Make your own fresh cheese at home! In this combination demo and hands-on workshop, learn about basic equipment and procedures, and get started by making ricotta and mozzarella. Includes a tasting of different ways to use the finished cheeses. Bring gloves (dishwashing), and a container to take whey home. Cheesemaking kits will be available for sale.
