Three-act structure in literature mirrors life because humans’ journeys unfold in a similar manner—with a beginning, middle, and end.  Three acts are fundamental to storytelling, and when you infuse emotionally impactful events into the three-act plot, you can craft a meaningful story your readers will care about and that will keep them turning pages. Included in this program: the purpose of each act, how to construct each act, the components of each act, storyboarding tools, inner and outer story, and more!

This class will be held on Zoom and recorded. Worksheets will be sent to registered students. If you can’t make the class, no worries—the recording and worksheets will be sent to you. Kate is a published author, writing coach, and book editor.
