Join this beginner level running program led by Running Coach from Mercuria Running, Keri-Ann Rugg, to kick start your fitness and help you stay on track to reach your running goals!
Coach Keri-Ann will provide you with an easy-to-follow and flexible 10-week training plan and weekly training plan check-ins to provide individualized feedback and support. In addition to your training plan & personal coaching, the program provides weekly in-person group workouts led by Coach Keri-Ann. The workouts will provide you with immediate feedback, injury prevention exercises, and tips (not to mention have fun as a group to encourage and support each other along the way)!
This course is ideal to train for and run a late spring 5K race!
