A Six Week Small Coaching Group
Are you in the 3rd half of your life? Is your big career and raising your family in the rear-view mirror? Need a new map for the road ahead? One that provides balance, purpose and fulfillment for new horizons?
This six week coaching group will introduce you to an experiential coaching method that can give you tools to move into the future with clarity and genuineness. Each session will include guided meditation, fun creative activities, and opportunities for self-reflection and discussion. You will have the opportunity to connect to your natural creativity, tap into your inherent wisdom and find your true north. The group will provide support and a safe environment to explore and reflect on what’s important to you now.
Liz Korabek-Emerson, MFA is a certified mindfulness teacher, wellness coach, theatre artist and owner of Korabek Training. She has been designing and leading mindfulness-based programs on the seacoast since 2012. She is also an adjunct faculty member of NHTI’s Mindful Communication program and co-leads the Fiercely Human workshops for businesses.
This course will help you spell, pronounce and define medical terms. The majority of medical terms are made up of interchangeable word parts that are used over and over again in different combinations. You will discover connections and relationships among word roots, prefixes and suffixes.
Soon you will be able to define a medical term simply by recognizing its individual parts.
Course Requirements This course does not require any previous medical background.
-Recognize basic medical terms.
- Define vital signs.
- Define word root, prefix, and suffix and know how and where to use them.
-Learn and understand medical terms by breaking them down into their component parts and learning the meaning of the parts.
-Learn to construct medical terms from component parts.
-Pronounce, spell, and define commonly used prefixes and suffixes.
-Define anatomy and physiology
-Recognize and define terms relating to the cardiovascular, respiratory and urinary systems.
