Discover the real reason why 90% of diets end in failure. Over the years when you repeatedly went from one diet to another, it created a powerful neuropathway or behavior pattern of diet failure that the brain automatically used as a default behavior every time you started a new diet.  Unknowingly, you programmed your brain to NOT lose weight!  Neural Retraining Therapy uses techniques to break unwanted habits and behavior patterns stored in the brain.
